ZIZ team will check all items to ensure they are correct and in good condition when they are shipped to you from our store in Ubud, Bali . However, if you receive the wrong item or if the item was received with damage and you wish to return it to us, please note the following points.
ZIZ can accept returns only under the following conditions:
Damaged items: *
We will accept damaged items for replacement with a new one if the clothing are damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error such as fault in workmanship of garment.
We will accept a return and replace the item if you received the wrong item (different from the one ordered).
*ZIZ will only accept the return not later than 7 days from the date you received your order.
*Item needs to be in NEW & UNUSED condition, no make up, marks, dirt or stains and the item has not been worn longer than just to try on, ie all day.
* Please fold the item & place it in its original packing bag (not the courier bag) along with all of the tags attached. No tags = No Return.
If you wish to return an item, please send us the information along with a photograph of the item you received, our team will contact you to arrange for a replacement.
Please do not send any returned item to us until you received an instruction from our customer service.
